Can I use my insurance?
Firefly Health does not accept insurance. We take cash, checks or credit cards. We do, however, supply you with a super bill at the end of the visit that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out of network benefits. We are not contracted with medicare so we can not give a super bill to medicare patients.
What is the fee structure?
Illumination Session ($999 value $650 discounted)
This is an initial foundational health assessment that includes:
2 hour patient visit
Comprehensive chart review of medical history and past labs

Radiant Membership ($49/month) This is a membership for ongoing medical care that includes: 6 month minimum membership

Are you a primary care doctor?
No, Firefly Health is a consult service. We work with your doctor, not in place of your doctor. We require you to maintain a primary care doctor.
